Her expertise has been gathered over 20 years of designing and delivering challenging initiatives across multiple sectors. Extensive experience collaborating with organisations at operational, executive and board levels enables her to create collaborative relationships with clients. These relationships result in effective development and growth that build organisational capacity, enhance performance and drive sustainable results.

Professional highlights include:

  • An invitation to speak for the World Health Organisation at the Cochrane Collaboration leadership conferences in Singapore (2009). This has been followed up with further leadership collaborations with the Cochrane Collaboration in Auckland NZ (2010) and Colorado, USA (2010).
  • Collaborating with the leadership teams from diverse sectors in the entertainment industry resulting in an increase in their internal leadership effectiveness measure by 15%.
  • Partnering with strategic teams in multiple Government departments to develop organisational innovation, leadership and management capabilities and improved business processes.
  • Engagement with Universities across Australia in the development and delivery of leadership and wider innovative programs to both academic and professional sectors.
  • Design and delivery of multiple leadership series for the City of Sydney Council. In addition to other planning and development programs, a 2010 evaluation of a key leadership program resulted in 65% of participants having gained a promotion, acted in a higher position or transfer to gain further experience in a leadership role. In 2011, APA successfully tendered and our bid was successful for the design and delivery of further leadership programs for the next three years.
  • Engagement with multiple organisations to provide Executive Coaching opportunities for key senior staff with highly recognised outcomes.

Amanda has a Masters degree in Education and a Bachelor of Arts, Diploma in Education, and accredited in the areas of MBTI (multiple steps), Hay Group ESCI, Benchmarks 360, DiSC Profiling and DiSC 360, Belbin and LSI Assessment.
